Remedial massage
A discipline used to loosen/unwind acute or chronic muscular tightness, soreness, tension and discomfort in the body caused by the accumulation of everyday stresses. Undertaking remedial massage assists in rehabilitation, pain and injury management and speeds up the body’s own healing process.
TECHNIQUES
Kevin will talk with you and complete an initial assesment prior to starting your massage to ensure he understands your issues and so that you feel confident about the treatment plan. A combination of soft tissue and remedial massage is often used for best results.
Kevin knows that a good massage therapist who will work in conjunction with other allied health professionals such as a chiropractor, physiotherapist, podiatrist or osteopath can produce great results for a client.

“I have been regularly having massages from Kev for many years and he’s an amazing massage therapist, I won’t go to anyone else. I highly recommend him for sports and deep tissue massage. A lovely guy who can tune into the aches & pains I can’t always pinpoint & uses pressure depending on my tolerance that day.”
“The best massage i have had to date. Professional, caring and considerate. Thanks Kevin i will be back for sure.”
“Kevin is a professional and knowledgeable massage therapist. The treatment plan was very thorough and exactly what I was looking for. Booking was easy and would highly recommend.”
“I suffered consistent, severe and debilitating left shoulder pain for days after an incident. That pain was also causing me neck, jaw and head aches and there’s no way I could raise my arm.
Kevin arrived at my home a few minutes early to allow himself time to set up and he brought with him everything he needed. After the hour of massage, I instantly felt my neck, shoulder and shoulder blade looser, my radiating pain quickly disappeared and I was able to even raise my arm the next day. However, as my right shoulder had been over compensating the left shoulder for a while, it had become unbearably painful also. During the second appointment, Kevin really work hard on that right shoulder for me.
I felt so, so much better and looser. In the days that followed, both of my shoulders were almost like new again. I knew to whom I owe my appreciation. I recommend Kevin’s massage services 100%.”
